Everytime we come through here. They forget something. this time it was a medium fry and cheese and mayo on a hot and spicy the funny thing is they put the special label that tells them what goes on the sandwich on the chicken sandwich. Then when my wife went in to get the stuff they forgot they told her she had stinky breath. A little Hispanic kid with white patches on his face. Do not go here!!!! There food is put together sloppy.

Place was clean, employees are very nice. Its been a while since ive seen a McDonalds as clean, bright, and welcoming. Drive through was poppin but people were leaving looking pleased and quickly too might I add. Good place, great tasting food, no bums hanging around outside. I loved it(no pun intended). We stopped by during a busy lunch rush. Had some difficulties because the credit card reader on the self order kiosk wasn't working. Additional delays occurred because our order was lost or miss delivered. The manager quickly rectified and offered to by dessert for everyone in my family. Not a great experience, but the staff handled everything with professionalism and kindness.

People just don’t get the struggle with shutting truck drivers out. Manager happily said they have truck parking. But you can’t come in to use the bathroom since the lobby is closed. And you have to order thru the drive up window... IF you want to put up a fight with the line of cars . Not even worth it.

Super friendly service, we used the ordering tablets to order our lunch since we where passing through. We only wish that they gave more ketchup and BBQ sauce. When we asked for some more they were willing to help which was nice.

Clean area. Food prepared well. One problem with fast food places in small towns is most everybody knows everyone in town. Rawlins is a small town. As I waited almost three minutes while the vehicle immediately in front of me "visited" with the drive up window (I could hear parts of the conversation), I was reminded of that fact. Food was exchanged quickly; visit took a bit longer. My recent promise to cut back on swearing was severely tested.

Great stop on the way. It has a playground for the kids to stretch out the bathrooms were very clean despite so many people using them and the food came out quickly and it was packed. I was very impressed.

Nice McDonald's, clean and comfy, but their receipt coupon had 30 day expiration which the McDonalds' in Fremont Co. Wyoming do not.

I had a nice chat with the cashier while waiting for my food.I don't like using the touch screen to order my food, seems to be not very sanitary however it does work well. I'll go to the counter from now on.As it's sometimes the case, the chicken sandwich and the fries were not as fresh as they should have been. I mentioned that the fries were stale and had new fries in 3 minutes. I ate the sandwich as it was.

Waited over 5 minutes for the cashier to quit talking and take my order.The place looks like it's never been cleaned, every table is dirty, floor the same, drink station filthy, kitchen was a mess and I might need a tetanus shot just from looking at this place!The only thing good is the food was hot.I would avoid this place if looking and sitting in filth isn't your thing...

Always just slopped together anymore I remember when people took pride in there work and made things the right way not the just get it out and good luck with it attitude. Rrrrr 3 stars only because we like our McDonalds don't ask me why.

We stop at McDonalds a lot when we're on the road, as we are now. 95% of the time we're happy with them. This one, sadly, is firmly in the low 5%. Facility was dirty, trash on the floor, food was cold and tasted as if it had been sitting under the heat lamps too long. Bathroom was dirty, toilet had no way to manually flush. Toilet was full of urine and I needed to sit. Really unpleasant experience all the way around. My reviews are almost always good, but this McDonald's disappointed.

Went there tonight at 9pm and the staff was supper nice. I can say they went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. We have been on the road for hours with 4 kids so it was a nice relief. They were specially nice to my autistic son and gave him a star wars game that made him feel super special. Thanks for making our night. Will keep stoping here when traveling!!!!

You are better off going hungry. Seriously, continue on to Laramie, Rock Springs, Casper or really any other city you may be going to. Try Burger King, Subway, City Market, or again, just go hungry. In 5 years of visits this location has managed to get maybe 3 orders correct. The management is almost always rude as hell when it comes to fixing an order. The staff is nice enough, I suppose, considering they always hand the wrong order to me. Don't bother. Just don't. Taco Bell, Taco John's, Walmart, Pizza Hut, Domino's. Go anywhere else. Anywhere. Seriously.

Fries taste best when freshly made. Long wait time. Messed up order twice. Ordered a large Carmel Frappe with my meal and got a small. Some workers are rude. Saw a lady playing on her phone in back instead of working.

If I could give zero stars I would. McDonald's is usually a well oiled machine, and their systems and processes usually produce a consistent product. It's pretty obvious that this McDonald's does not follow any type of procedure or system. Our order was messed up at least six times, to the point where I had to actually explain to the lady what a plain dry burger was. Not only that, but there were several items missing, and when you go through the drive-through and are headed down the road, it's really inconvenient when you have to go back to have them fix something like not putting french fries in the happy meals.

Coffee + 2 Egg McMuffins tasted like burnt offerings.scorched coffee charcoals muffin inside found after biting into the to go 2 miles away on the road. Too late to return for a do over. Felt burnt for under $10.

Nice and clean and there is a playground--a bonus for anyone travelling with children. We were enroute to SLC and stopped here to eat. The place was clean, the service was not bad and the food was the same as any McDonald's.What I liked the most was the place was clean, especially the restrooms.

They must money problems. No toilet paper in the mens room. Had to call 15 times before someone answer, Instead of the fax machine. No bacon on a bacon cheese burger with no bun. Once i got the bacon it was refrigerator cold. On the bright side, the burger was fresh from the grill.

For years have not been able to eat at McDonald's, honestly the hamburgers upset my stomach, someone told me that the Quarter pounder had changed for the better, I tried one and it was good, it was very good, have had five of them in a month! Great job McDonald's!

I stopped here today, I80 is closed Eastbound, Ashley the girl that took my order is wonderful, my food was good as always and the place is really nice. Truck parking is always a plus. Thank you McDonald’s for the truck parking. Thank you Ashley for being amazing.
